Privacy notice

This notice explains how Schütze Capital handles information through this website and its inquiry process.

01

Who is responsible

Schütze Capital, S.A. operates this website. Its contact address is F&F Tower, Floor 33, Office 303, Panama. Privacy questions can be sent through the website contact page.

02

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact details, role, inquiry type and message you choose to provide. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identification numbers or other information that is unnecessary for the inquiry.

The website does not accept file attachments and does not store inquiry content in your browser's local storage.

03

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request, assess whether further discussion is appropriate, maintain related correspondence and protect the website and its users. We may also use information where needed to comply with applicable law or establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Submitting an inquiry does not create an engagement or a confidentiality agreement. Please limit the initial message to information suitable for this stage.

04

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. When inquiry email delivery is configured, submissions are accepted by the website server and sent through Mailgun for delivery to Schütze Capital. If that configuration is unavailable, the website does not report the inquiry as sent. These providers process information to supply their respective services under their own contractual and security arrangements.

When operational monitoring is enabled, Axiom receives limited records used to identify whether website requests and inquiry delivery are functioning. Those records use event codes, route keys, status or outcome values and duration. They do not contain inquiry fields or message content.

05

Optional analytics

If site analytics are enabled, they operate only after you agree. The website stores your yes-or-no preference in your browser. After agreement, a random session identifier connects activity across pages in the same browser tab. It expires after 30 minutes without measured activity and is removed when you withdraw your choice.

PostHog receives limited records of pages viewed, navigation, inquiry steps, engagement, browser performance and error categories, together with language, broad device type and a broad traffic-source category. We do not send inquiry content, personal-information fields, full URLs, referring URLs or error messages. We do not use session replay, automatic field capture or identified user profiles.

You can change the analytics preference and can use the website without agreeing to optional analytics. Necessary website and security processing remains active so the site and inquiry service can function.

06

Optional marketing choice

The inquiry form includes a separate optional choice about future marketing communication. It appears selected initially, and you can deselect it before submitting. The website records the choice with the inquiry, but it does not enroll you in an automatic campaign or send marketing messages. If future marketing communication begins, you may withdraw the choice through the contact page.

07

Retention

We retain inquiry information and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the communication, administer a resulting relationship, meet applicable obligations and resolve disputes. Operational and security records are retained according to the relevant service configuration and legitimate operational need. Retention may differ when law or an active matter requires it.

08

Disclosure and international processing

Information may be disclosed to service providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or parties involved in a corporate transaction affecting the website operator. Because our service providers may operate in more than one country, information may be processed outside the country where you submitted it, subject to the safeguards applicable to the provider and processing.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw an analytics choice for future activity. Submit a privacy request through the contact page and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant communication and verify the request.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, provider configuration or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current notice for the website.
